Therapy is a way to assist you in finding yourself.

Therapy provides insights into your thoughts and behaviors through conversation with a trained professional. I am passionate about helping you work through the hardest moments by fostering self-awareness and growth in a judgment-free setting. This process reveals the root causes of emotional and social distress. Therapy with me offers a space to practice coping strategies, receive support, set goals, prioritize self-care, and build resilience. Whether dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, or seeking self-understanding, I can help you bring clarity and connection to who you would like to be.

Meet Nicole Ring, AMFT

After graduating from Phillips Graduate Institute of Campbellsville University, I began my career working in the residential mental health community, working with women struggling with issues including schizophrenia, OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, family and relational issues, personality disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. Then, I transitioned to working in county community mental health with children aged as young as three months old to 18 years old, working to address issues surrounding pandemic stress, anxiety and depression, trauma, parent-child issues, and social anxiety.

With a cultural & trauma understanding, I am ready to assist you in your goals toward social and emotional change.
