Frequently asked questions.

Who do I work with?

I work with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families who are struggling with issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, and relational issues. Through processing difficult emotions, fostering coping skills, and examining thoughts, I will help facilitate the change the client wants to see within themselves and their relationships.

Why go to therapy?

Most think that the best time to enter therapy is during a crisis. Others have attended for personal reflection and personal growth. Whatever is bringing you into therapy, you will find a space to address the issues and stressors present in the individual’s life. By no means do you have to be in a crisis to seek therapy.

How long will I be in the session?

The length of session is up to the client. The length is based on individual and client needs and the therapeutic process. When working with clients, I will help work towards strategies for change by empowering the clients to work through the bigger issues within their lives.

How much is therapy?

My rate is $175 for a 45-50 minute individual session. My couples and families rate is $190 for 45-50 minute session. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. I do not bill insurance but would be happy to provide a super bill upon request.
